I have been a customer since 2017 and i finally received my hair late after I paid extra money to get it shipped faster. the hair used to be quality. Now it’s crap hair! Texture has completely changed not the same quality anymore. It was dry and it looks like old recycled hair. They actually have no customer service at all. You people at hair trade don’t reply to any emails anymore. No telephone. Red flag!! They lost me as a customer. Will never ever recommend anyone to purchase hair from them again. The hair is no good! And to my reply from hair trade regarding contacting customer service for a refund! Please your customer service is a joke. It doesn’t exist. I’m still awaiting my reply to my emails. I will never waste my money on thier awful hair again.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could help it, absolutely disgusting hair & even worse “customer service”! I actually got my bank to fight for my money back. The hair was supposed to be human hair but after 1st wash (with sulphate free etc shampoo suitable for extensions) it matted and went like wire wool! The company as a whole are a joke! DO NOT BUY!!! It took my hairdresser hours to take this 💩 out of my hair & she was disgusted with it & stated she had never seen such poor quality extensions in her 20yrs + of fitting human hair extensions!! I’ve had extensions for years & these are the worse I’ve ever used & purchased. Avoid as customer service is a joke & phone number doesn’t exist! Just avoid! Can’t emphasise enough AVOID! I got my money bk as they tried to keep my money & the matted mess of wire wool I returned saying it was fine, really?!!!if that was the case how come my bank got me money bk??! It was disgusting and certainly not human hair. Just avoid & save your money & stress getting your bank to get your money bk.

Good hair. I ordered twice, the 1st batch I dyed, took very well. Ordered a second batch, I have the hair in now ,love it.

Great range of products, reasonable prices and fast delivery time. I ordered the brand new Babyliss Pro Titanium Dual Foil Shaver BABFS2U. I've been using this product in the last week and works very well, much better than expected. The product came well protected in a cardboard box filled with bubble wrap. The price is much lower than evry other website and than Amazon where this product it's out of stock at the moment. Once placed the order I immediately received a notification of my purchase by email and an email of dispatch after 24 hours. I received my product on time even if the wheatear was really bad due to the snow, so for this I need to thanks Royal mail as well.

Unfortunately I am so disappointed with these extensions, iv been buying them for years and the last 6 months the quality of the glue is just awful. They just don’t stick anymore. Makes me so sad, I need to find a new supplier.
