Ordered twice in the last two weeks each time delivery was great and products perfect...babyliss foil shaver and babyliss super motor...lose a star purely because there are no despatch emails sent ..only receive ones for royal mail when they have it and also there is no way of contacting by phone..I sent emails but they kept bouncing back ..if this changes I shall re-edit my post.

I ordered an item which cost £60 48 hour tracked delivery after 6 days it had still not arrived I repeatedly tried to contact customer services but my email kept bouncing back. I finally got a response to say "your item is lost do you want a replacement " ok not their fault entirely but no apology for the inconvenience nothing. That was 3 days ago and I have still not heard anything. I have had to resort to a letter as they have no contact number for the uk. I've never had this issue before but it's completely put me off ordering from them again I just want a refund now.

Very easy to navigate the website with prompt delivery. The item was exactly as described and a very reasonable price. The shaver itself is the closest electric shave I have ever experienced. Highly recommend product.

Do not buy this hair if you want good quality hair that does not shed continuously and matts within days of having it weaved! According to Hairtrade.com this hair quality is "acceptable" and they refuse to provide a refund. I bought the Sahar Unprocessed Brazilian Virgin Weft Hair Extensions Wavy Bundle: 12"+14"+16" (Order no. 422280) at a cost of £98.99 on 1 June 2024 for the 1st time. I had the weave done on 7 June 2024. Almost immediately it started shedding and I sent them a picture of all the hair that came out in the sink each time I brushed the hair which was truly excessive. In addition, all day every day it continued to shed. Also the hair at the back near my neck was constantly matting and I also shared a picture with them of this. This hair reminded me of the quality of hair that was used 30 years ago! I made a formal complaint in mid July 2024 and returned the hair as requested for inspection. At this point I had paid for the hair and the hairdresser's cost to have it put in and taken out in the space of 3 weeks. I would not have removed the hair so quickly if there was not a significant issue re the quality. I was then told by their customer service on 24 July 2024 that on inspection "The hair loss is moderate and in an acceptable level". They also said that I must have been using the wrong type of comb even though the picture I sent them showed the brush that I used! Again, I stress do not buy this hair it most certainly is not worth the money and they clearly do not know what constitutes an acceptable quality.

Needed products for going away. Ordered in plenty time. Wrong product sent. Not the end of the world but annoying as they wanted the items posted back before sending out the correct ones. Not great considering it was their error. Wouldn’t chance buying if needed in a hurry.

I regularly buy Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner in 500ml or 1000ml sizes. Hairtrade always have my favourites in stock. Prices are the best I’ve found. Well packed - tops are always taped to avoid spills. Prompt delivery.

quick and efficient service, no hassle

I ordered the stick tip extensions 100 strands of them and they’re very thin,poor quality and I’ve had them in my hair a week and curled them once and they look dead and frazzled like burnt on the ends.
