Reasonable priced loglap but
Reasonable priced loglap. Three lengths unusable due to tongue damaged or missing. Contacted Halcyon through customer support but no reply. Reading delivery instructions say ‘the delivery driver would welcome a help in hand’ Delivery man stood back and watched me shift the load

Antwoord van Halcyon Timber
Hi Neil,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
We’re pleased you found our loglap reasonably priced, however we’re very sorry to hear that three lengths were unusable due to damaged or missing tongues. That is not the standard we aim to supply and we completely understand your frustration. We’re also concerned to hear you did not receive a reply from customer support, as we do respond to all enquiries. We will be looking into this.
With regard to delivery, while drivers may appreciate assistance with heavier loads, they should remain professional and helpful at all times. We’re sorry if this was not your experience on the day.
Please contact us directly on 0203 927 8400 with your order details so we can investigate and resolve this for you properly.
Kind regards

Local company doing it right
Local company doing it right, offering good quality product at a good price. The website is easy to use and ordering was simple. Whilst there wasn’t a calendar to select a delivery day I was able to put the dates I could do in the notes field which meant there were no surprises when they processed my order. I was pleasantly surprised since they delivered next day for me. The chap delivering was friendly and helpful and called me to say he was on his way. Would definitely recommend Halcyon.
