PLEASE READ......UPDATED AGAIN..THE BED FINALLY GOT PUT UP ON FRIDAY AND CREDIT WHERE ITS DUE THE BED WAS REALLY EASY AND LUXURIOUS! IF YOU DONT GET THE HASSLE OF THE DELIVERY YOU WILL BE FINE. GIVEN ANOTHER STAR AS THE BED IS LOVELY ! DID RECIEVE A TINY BIT OF COMPENSATION BACK, JUST WISH WE HADNT OF GONE THROUGH ALL THAT HASSLE..
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, CURRENTLY WAITING FOR A BED TO BE DELIVERED AT 11PM AT NIGHT!! I HAVE BEEN OFF FOR TWO DAYS, FIRSTLY THE VAN BROKE DOWN, HAD TO TAKE ANOTHER DAY OFF, THEN WAITED ALL DAY.ATILL NOT HERE AND OFFERED 20 POUND COMPENSATION, I MEAN WHAT AN INSULT! SPENT NEARLY 900 POUND! CANNOT PUT IT UP TOO LATE OF IT EVER COMES. CUSTOMER SSEVICE IN NON EXISTENT, DONT KEEP YOU INFORMED AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN WHEN YOUR CLEARLY ANNOYED AND THATS IF THEY ANSWER. ABSOLUTE COWBOYS. WILL UPDATE ON ACTUAL BED OF I GET IT. NEVER KNOWN ANYTHING LIKE THIS.

Easy to order and could choose the fabric we wanted in the colour we wanted too!
Was kept informed as to when delivery would be, with a courtesy call on the day, beautiful bed and well made too!

Bed is really comfortable, looks great , however the head board is wobbly , I've not come across a bed where the head board moves, so I'm not sure if this is by design or not , but I am disappointed that moves in such a manner .

I am absolutely made up with my bed! Top quality, very simple to put together and the mattress is so comfortable! Really pleasant service and always answered any queries I had! 100% recommend this company to anyone who wants that luxary bed for half the price!

I ordered on Facebook, super helpful straight away. I paid by card had a payment link sent to me which was easy to use. Asked for delivery on the weekend. Turned up on delivery day, I was estimated between 9-2 and had a text at 8:30 to make sure someone was in for collection. Guys turned up at 9, lovely and polite brought it into the house and told me which part was which.

I think the instructions for the bed could have a bit more explanatory information.
Other than that high quality bed lovely colour and really comfy!

Do not order from this company.
Bed quality is far from good, many faults and no response from the company to try and rectify the issues.
The frame does not line up at all which is visible to the eye.
The hinges are already squeaking like they are going to fail.
The footboard arrived with a hole in it.
The headboard did not have sufficient holes to screw it into the frame.
Terrible quality and customer service is refusing to respond to us so we are now having to try to claim our money back through court!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I recently ordered a bed for my 7-year-old daughter and was pleasantly surprised with the amazing quality of the product. The prices were also very reasonable. Following this, I decided to order another bed for my 6-year-old son and I am once again happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this product to others.

I was very skeptical with some mixed reviews on here but it is absolutely worth it. It actually doesn’t make sense how much more other branded stores charge, considering this was delivered in a week. I am pleasantly surprised and very pleased. Delivery was smooth and efficient, order was easy and straight forward and the bed is gorgeous

We were always kept informed of how things were being handled and delivery dates.
Our bed arrived bang on time and we thought we were on a home run at putting it together.... hubbies had couple of melt downs, then realised we had the metal bits on wrong side after endless calls and texts to the poor guy having to listen to this raving lunatic.... then it was all plain sailing, had the best night's sleep in goodness knows how long....

We have no complaints, build quality, delivery and customer service have been fantastic. Our order was last minute, for weekend delivery and we were pleasantly surprised when Hamptons said that they could fulfil. The bed arrived when stated, and of high quality. Were very happy with our purchase!

I feel the inconsistencies within this company and their poor customer service is what is letting them down.
Having said this, I had a positive experience. The bed came on the day and within the time slot that was given. The bed looks lovely and so is the fabric. Some minor issues were that the instructions are basically none existent and had to YouTube how to fix the bed together. We also found that the metal frame that goes under the bed (for the ottoman) was bent and therefore it wouldn’t have been possible to put the screw in but to save the hassle of returning we just bent it back. I would order from this company again but it seems like it would either be hit ot miss
