The worst company ever! Month ago my boyfriend bought a bed with foam mattress super king size. Bed frame is ok but mattress after a month is crumpled and twisted, with two dented holes from sleeping. It's uncomfortable to sleep on.We tried to contact company every day 10 phonecalls and email's but no one's answer the phone and no emails from them at all. Save your money and do not buy from them!!!

Total shambles of a company. If you want a mattress I would say go somewhere else. They have zero customer service. They are rude and the delivery drivers are even worse. Tried to deliver at 5.45 am! Damaged the drive when they got stuck.

Great customer service. Made the buying process stress free and accomodated us every step of the way. Would definitely reccomend others to use.

Very bad campaty , bad quality, after delivering the bed with bad behavior from the delivery guys , the ottman cover it is not closed properly, the wood itself it is not made well , the fabric it is rubbish, not worth even £100 , after many calls and after one months they returned the bed and now one month more no refund , they cut off the landline , they closed the website , not answering for my emails , I send warning letters before the court and I will apply for the court to get my refund and compensation for my wasting my time and the stressful situation that I am currently facing, it is £578 , and now without money and without bed waiting the refund .
Do not order from this company you will loose your money for nothing .

I wish I had the option to give no stars. Absolutely terrible customer service and delivery. So I saw the bed I wanted a few months ago and I fell in love with it. I was due to move and said I'd rather order the bed to the new house instead of coming to my current flat. At the beginning of the order process, I was able to communicate with the team via WhatsApp as that option came up online. Fast forward to delivery, I received a text from a mobile number saying that delivery would between 4pm and 8pm so I replied and asked for an earlier time slot but I was told they can't change the time so I asked if they would contact me prior and they said yes, 45 minutes before. I tried to call the 01924 number listed on the website but it doesn't work and I tried to WhatsApp them but still showing 1 tick. Delivery was scheduled for yesterday, the driver calls me at 8pm and says he'll delivery between 9 and 10 which is basically 2 hours later than originally stated, I told him not to deliver as I won't be there as I'm still at the old house. I go to sleep. I wake up around 1am and notice 2 text messages saying the same thing, your bed has been delivered, we're talking about a bed valued at over £400 and it was raining. So I'm now texting and WhatsApp messaging and emailing as I'm furious because where have you delivered this bed and why was a signature not requested. I can't sleep and I can't leave my flat as I have a baby and a toddler. So morning comes and I get them ready and we head to the house and the bed was outside there in front of the house. So it stayed there from 10pm at night until after 9am the next morning and it was raining. Thankfully the new neighbourhood isn't bad because someone would have stole it. The company didn't want to take any responsibility for this, at that point I didn't know the bed was at the house. They said I should have been there even though I told tne guy not to deliver. Please avoid avoid avoid. Find a reputable company to deal with because this company just isn't it. Who delivers a bed at 10pm at night and who wants to deal with a company that you're unable to speak with

great beds and fantastic customer service kist i don't think there worth the money they are the mattress are rubbish

Fast delivery and great paid extra to get it build. Good service only thing why I have not have 5* is they didn’t take the rubbish away after building the bed they just left it lying in my hall all layed out. Other than than great service.

Ordered me bed last week and it came today I Absolutely fell in love with bed now
Drivers were lovely keep ringing me say they are stuck in traffic I time slot for 2-6pm and they came in then hours
I will be ordering again very soon

Ordered my bed on the 24th at like midnight and it arrived on the 30th packaged really well just waiting for my room to be plastered and painted but love the colour of it and the material

First class service and very helpful from start to finish
The delivery driver was very polite and called me an hour before he was due to arrive which was great rather than waiting in all day.

Dont be tricked, see how many odd reviews, not verified and talking absolute rubbish about how well informed they were before and after.
Company is run by a group of immature con artists selling cheap nasty products usually broken on delivery and then avoid complaints until the courts get involved.
They also do not honour there own prices and may try defraud you into extra.
They have now been reported to the ICO, Consumer Direct and the Police. If you order you will likely not get your products.
Please head the advice and avoid them at all cost.

Beautiful bed (green velvet) delivered quicker than the delivery time and good value

Great price and service kept informed about delivery received two phone calls from delivery drivers saying where they were and what time they would get to us my only gripe is not only with you but all companies you say check all items etc when the delivery guys get there sorry no chance they can't wait to leave for the next delivery and their answer is if anything is wrong ring the company but read your terms and conditions

This is not the bed as advertised, the ottoman base is not made of coloured wood it’s held together with a clip , it is also stapled every where . The top base is 3/4 pieces of wood running across the side of the cardboard base then there is gaps 12/14 inches where your mattress falls through which will eventually give way due to being 3mm cardboard . yes Cardboard paid 479 for just a base that is going to fall apart . Do not buy from these with out further reading reviews. And they don’t care they have sold you rubbish that won’t last

I love my king size mattress and bedframe. The delivery was on point and the service was smooth. Definitely worth every penny spent. The drivers were lovely and assembled my items perfectly. Thank you for no stress. 👍🏾

I received my bed and one half of it is damaged, I took photos and sent it to them woth my complaint, I have asked fir a replacement or refund and still no resolution, this was a week ago now, have emailed many times. Not happy with it being damaged and no replacement or refund, just waiting and get nothing resolved

The bed is very good. nice material and big storage I love the bed. Worth it if someone wants to buy I recommend this bed.
