Hamptons Beds communication throughout the purchase was excellent- I had questions answered by the chat service promptly and efficiently before ordering and then lots of messages to confirm when the delivery would be. All of this communication was friendly and helpful. We’ve been ordering quite a bit recently for the house and Hamptons Beds customer service really was far superior to anyone else. The bed itself is lovely and was very easy to assemble, we didn’t chose a particularly expensive bed so I was surprised by the quality and finish. When we need beds again in the future we will definitely be looking here first!

The bed is a great value for the price. The delivery was within the time specified. The guys were nice and fast in assembling the bed but one of them broke my wardrobe mirror while trying to fix the bed which is going to cost me a fortune to fix, hence the 3 star rating.

Love the bed I bought for my daughter. The guys assembled the best perfectly for me. I will definitely be purchasing beds from here in the future.

Had a bed delivered and paid £50 for assembly. The two guys assembled the bed and once finished one of the guys said to me in a few days you will need to tighten the screws with a spanner. I have no idea why he did not assemble it properly in the first instance.

They refused to take the bed packaging with them too.

I have no tools at home as I’ve just moved and I paid for assembly.
The bed is still shaking after poor assembly and head board shakes just touching it.

I complained 3/4 times via email and WhatsApp and a phone call but was met with extremely rude customer service via email who refused to give me their name.

I was told they would contact the manufacturer and get back to me and now it’s been over two weeks with no response whatsoevr. Absolutely shocking customer service if something goes wrong! Hence why to steer clear of these cheap and so called cheerful small businesses.

I will never use these cowboys again or recommend them to anyone

I had my bed frame and mattress delivered within a week. The customer service was amazing. I had answers to all my questions almost immediately. I felt so supported and informed. The delivery and assembly team were quite friendly and did a good job. I would definitely buy again from Hamptons bed.

Delivery guys were great and put the bed together in no time

I had been searching for a new bed for a few weeks and after the one I chose from a large well know supplier of beds and sofas fell through I panicked and came across Hampton Beds.

Well, I am a firm believer in everything happens for a reason because the bed frame and mattress I purchased (that was delivered within a week - to the north of Scotland when they are based in England) is an absolute bed of dreams.

The customer service portal that I used through WhatsApp was so helpful and I’m not sure who helped me and all of my tedious questions was wonderful.

I am absolutely delighted with my bed and mattress - the quality is absolutely fantastic and no different to any beds that you would expect from larger companies.

I am so pleased that I found Hampton Beds on instagram and cannot thank them enough. You have made a girl with the stress of moving house very, very happy! I could not recommend Hampton Beds enough.

Great delivery time

Was living house and wanted to order a bed and get it delivered to the new house. All done nice and easily with them and no hassle at all. Delivery was great and now the beds built I’m happy with the style and quality

It’s a nice bed, and good quality mattress. The delivery communication was brilliant. However the one downside is that the bed isn’t exactly what was shown in the picture. This was a bed for my son, and in the picture the studs looks small, however when we got the bed, the studs were huge, making it look very blingy which isn’t what we were after.
Bit on the whole it was good.

Fast delivery and received updates the day before and the day of arrival. Arrived within 60 minutes allocated time slot. Very easy to assemble and very comfy bed. I ordered the 1000 spring mattress alongside the new bed which is very comfy. Overall very pleased with my order, thank you and I will be recommending to others!

Arrived quickly but I ordered fabric buttons on the headboard and it came with silver studs which does not match my decorations
