The delivery date stated on time of delivery was the delivery date the bed arrived. Everything was wrapped up no breakages and easy to put together. The bed is gorgeous and so comfortable I had a goodnight sleep for the first time in my flat after being disappointed by another company. I am grateful to my friend who recommended Hamptons beds. I will recommend to other people.

Great price and very quick at responding to emails. Delivery was in the time slot they provided and they did a great job of building the bed. Amazing quality and the mattress is so comfy. Only had one issue as there was a burn mark on the bed frame but customer services were quick to respond and rectify this issue. Will definitely be using Hampton beds again

I have to admit I was dubious ordering off a Facebook page but I’m very glad we did ! Excellent customer service throughout the transaction! Would highly recommend Hampton Beds !

Missed a few delivery dates initally and eventially turned up on the date but at 10pm on a week night when they said they would come before 6pm. Our ottoman bed hasn't even lasted 5 months without the metal frame completely snapping. The mattress we bought with it was absolutely shocking. You only have to move slightly and all of the springs start popping. So uncomfortable! Spent a lot of money on the bed which we thought should have lasted a few years!

Very good company,even after i made a mistake while ordering online managed to communicate with them on whatsapp line and it was fixed before delivery,very good customer Service,bed was delivered on time ,very beautiful bed ,worth the money

My third bed from Hamptons beds and they always deliver amazing high quality beds! I had my bed my sons bed and my daughters bed from them! Great unbeatable prices and very easy communication couldn’t recommend enough

Please read other reviews on Facebook as well as trust pilot before you purchase from Hamptons beds. I received my bed frame which cost over £300, delivery time was changed several times to the point it was delivered at 10pm at night to a disabled person after phoning be be told we are just around the corner ( absolutely bare faced lie ) they was just around the corner for over an hour. The very next morning we erected the bed frame to discover that there wasn't enough slats or any support for the middle of the bed. We immediately contacted Hamptons bed of our issue 👍 to be told we could buy more slats from our hardware store for around £20 😡 my response was absolutely NOT why should we have to purchase slats ourselves to complete a bed frame we have paid over £300. Asked to return the bed frame within 12 hours of accepting delivery to be told that there is no fault or damage to the frame and that that would not accept return of the bed frame ( an absolutely joke! In the end we was refunded £20. We also asked if they would exchange the bed frame for a divan solid bed frame which was a similar price but unfortunately they didn't choose to reply to us. The worst part of all this is that they have took our money and left 2 disabled person's NOW WITHOUT A BED! it is such difficult time we are going through which I thought Hamptons bed would try and work with you to sort the problem.plesse please do your research before buy from Hamptons bed ?, read review on Facebook as well as as there is alot of unhappy customers. Poor quality bed frame. I would 100% buy from a reputable bed seller. I would avoid at all costs send less or ever more to get the correct bed for you are thsee are not cheap at all and not good quality. Please save your hard earned money and purchase elsewhere.

Excellent quality price delivery on time. To make it a 5 star and a complete sustainable service I would recommend the service to collect the packaging garbage rather than leave it at the customer to sort.

Delivery drivers asked me for petrol money to get back!!!!!
When I said I had no cash they then suggested they transfer money to me and that I could go get them cash from the ATM.

As for the bed, the bed frame is fine but mattress quality is really awful!!!

The bed frame is too low

Bed as described,lovely quality and very study.Recieved a delivery date and day before recieved a delivery slot. Morning of delivery recieved a message with a more precise time. Delivery drivers placed the bed where I asked and were polite and very friendly. Cannot fault the service and Delivery. Will be recommending to family and friends.

Really happy with my bed and delivery. Reached out via WhatsApp and arranged delivery they was extremely helpful and lovely. The quality and price is unbeatable.

I received the wrong order and they were very efficient and helpful with rearranging collection and delivery of my bed. The bed is lovely, very pleased with it.

Contact with supplier was smooth, great deal with the bed and mattress! And when it arrived it was easy to assemble. It’s very sturdy unlike most slat beds these days! The mattress is very comfortable, all around happy and would definitely order again
