Ellie the vet is an absolute nightmare who shouldn't be allowed anywhere near animals or human beings. Her total incompetence meant our pet needed further medical care after her botched attempt, forcing us to flee to another clinic. To make matters worse, she has the customer service skills of an enraged hornet. Rather than quietly telling her assistant she was busy, she chose to scream and yell at us condescendingly from a backroom in front of a lobby full of customers. We were so terrified of her unhinged aggression that we were too scared to ever go back. Save yourself the horror, protect your animals, and go anywhere else where you won't be screamed at like garbage.

What a fantastic vetinary practice.
They went above and beyond to help our precious cat Lina. They treated her with compassion and kept me up to date on her treatment. They even picked her up then dropped her back back to my home. I would highly recommend them the staff are absolutely amazing. Thank you so much am forever grateful 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
