Elderberry Jelly
The jelly had more of a jam consistence. I usually like jelly with a more solid texture. otherwise it was very good.

My pear preserves were absolutely delicious!! I had one problem though! The jar wasn't big enough!! Make some larger sizes. Also, thank you for making the lid easy for old folks to open. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We need bigger jars!

Didn't receive product
It took me months to find room in my budget just to order two of these lip balms. But I did not receive them even though the address I put in was correct. It is probably more the fault of the US Postal Service but I will never know because I never received the product.

Love the No Sugar Added jams
I love the no sugar added jams. Online ordering is easy, delivery is fast, very well packaged, and the jams are delicious. Shipping costs are high.

Hi Gina! We are so glad you love the no sugar added jams! I am happy we are able to provide these products for those who cannot have the extra sugar or just don't want the extra sugar! We strive to package and ship our orders in the most efficient and timely fashion possible. Apologies for the shipping costs, unfortunately we can't control that.. Shipping to the West Coast from the East Coast has always been high for us.

Quality of product, however two of the bags of popcorn were split open and popcorn was spilled in box. I think they used the bags of popcorn as packing material to protect the bottle of butter topping. There was bubble wrap only on top of items in box. I called about it last week, and was told it would be replaced, and they would email me a confirmation of the conversation and replacement. but have not received any email yet.

I am so sorry that the product arrived damaged. We have a new replacement order going out today for all six of the bags of popcorn. The winter storm that hit North Carolina over the weekend caused a delay in shipping.
