Hi Pamela! Thank you for reaching out to us! We are so happy you are enjoying your watermelon lip smacking lip balm! Always brings back good memories for me too! I am sorry for the timing of the shipping, unfortunately we can't control those things.. being that we are on the East Coast shipping to the West Coast. My grandma lived in your home town so I spent many summer vacations there, we loved it!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we truly appreciate it.
We’re sorry to hear the Lip Lickers weren’t quite what you expected in size. Over time, some manufacturers have adjusted packaging and sizing, and we understand how disappointing that can be when you’re expecting the product you remember.
As for shipping, we want to assure you that your order was packed and shipped promptly from our warehouse. Because it had a longer distance to travel, delivery did take a bit more time once it was in the carrier’s hands — something we know can be frustrating and outside of what anyone hopes for.
We truly value you choosing Harvest Array and sharing your experience. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving and setting clear expectations for our customers. If you ever have questions before ordering or need assistance, our team is always happy to help.
Thank you again for supporting a small, American-focused business.
