Food is terrible. Historically food has been awesome,the cowboy burger was incredible. However, we went after a 5 month break and the food was utter misery. The chicken burger looked like the one you get from Asda and tasted like it. There was a dollop of crappy onion relish in it. The salad was very dry and old. Went as a family of 4 and all of us had food issues.

Will never go back. Such a shame Nuneaton.

Really lovely customer service from Jo in the Potters Bar branch.
She was so helpful when I had two boys I needed to look after and was offering help when I needed it.

Good service. Expensive though for what it is.

Would recommend adding more to the menu like a lunch deal of wraps/baguettes etc.

Harvester Taunton Somerset.
Took my daughter in law and 2 grand children for lunch. When we arrived there was no one to great us, so I was unsure if we just sat or wait. We did book a table. I went to find someone who was actually quite abrupt told us just to wait a min and someone will come. Then he came took our details and showed us to our table. He went to rush away and I asked did we need to go to the bar to order he said no its table service. We looked If you buy 2 adult meals you get 2 children meals for 1.00. I asked the lady what would be cheaper as I am blue light. She said kids for a 1.00.
She took our drinks orders, and then a waiter brought them. She came and took our order. A few mins later she came back with salad bowls. The salad and bread rolls were lovely. Drinks were also good. We waited and food arrived. Adults food came first. Then one child that apparently he took to the wrong table and we reminded them about the pizza.
Let's start with chilrens meals. They were tiny for 7 and 10 year olds. The food quality was good but the quantity was terrible. My meal the bacon chicken waffle - bacon a good portion was burnt to a crisp however the chicken was delious. Waffle was hard. My daughter's was nice.. On leaving we asked where we pay and was told at the bar. After I paid I asked for a receipt the manager - in a black top huffed the chucked the receipt on the bar at me. Then walked away. The waitress was really nice. So for portion size of kids and it was not an enjoyable atmosphere xx Disappointing as before has been lovely.

Party of 4, at the Beacon it very easy to book a table through the app. We were welcomed by Ness who was very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Meals were lovely and definitely be returning.

As a family we had been out all day and decided that we didn't wish to cook, so would eat out instead. We haven't been to the Harvester for a significant amount of time so decided to give it a go and see if anything had changed.
Unfortunately nothing had/has changed. The atmosphere was good, the place was busy and there were lots of patrons eating and drinking as you would expect.
We ordered using the app as we thought this would be the quickest and easiest option, coupled with being able to add the kids eat for £1 offer straight from the app.
I placed the order through the app and received confirmation via email. The drinks and salad bowls were brought over to our table and we proceeded to help ourselves to some salad. Lots of the salad items need replenishing and some of the sauces/dressings were also empty which was disappointing.
After eating some salad, we proceeded to wait over 45 minutes for our food to be served. It was not worth the wait. The food was dry and overcooked, my partner had the lamb kofta and left over half of it due to the lamb being black and burnt. My two children had a burger and cheese pizza between them, both of these were extremely dry and overcooked. the burger bun was like a piece of toast and the pizza could of been used in an Olympic discus throwing event.
I had the Harvester Trilogy meal and upgraded the stake to an 8oz rump steak. This put the cost of this one meal at circa £35, It was definitely not worth it. The steak was tough and I struggled to cut it even with the steak knife I had been given. The ribs were tasteless and dry, coupled with dry and overcooked chips. It looked as if all of the food had been left under a heat lamp for a considerable amount of time and this had consequently removed any moisture retained in the food following the cooking process.
Overall our experience was not good, and we will not be going back anytime soon.
Even with the current kids eat for a £1 offer, the overall cost did not represent good value for money and the food was barely edible.

Visited last night 23/8/26.
We were seated on a table for 2 (2 of us) table very cramped so we moved to a table for 4 next to us which was empty as were all the tables around us.
We were asked to move back to a table for 2 as they were extremely busy NOT!…tables around still empty for the whole time we were there!
Service slow!
Waited ages for salad bowls!
Salad bar half empty!
Main meal awful! Over cooked and cold!
Very bad experience, would not return or recommend

Windsor Lad Harvester has the best staff, and they're so dedicated to making you feel welcome from the minute you walk in until you leave. They don't rush you in and out like other places, and the food is amazing... it really is the place to go for all occasions or just for a nice meal out.

Eastlake Harvester.
I love this place alot better than the one in Loughton.
My partner and I come in at least twice a month or more.
The food is lovely and its value for money.
Because we are a regular costumers. Its lovely we got to know the staffs too. Imogen, Julia.Tom, if I got the name right? They are absolutely brilliant and always get a very good service.🥰

Went to Pontypool Harvester tonight. Sat down, waitress came for drink order. We asked for the bowls for salad and she said they are not allowed until the food order has gone in. Had 3 bottomless drinks and 1 iced water. After food order was given we were given our salad bowls. The lettuce was not fresh, tomatoes were like big beef tomatoes cut up. My husband waited 20 minutes for the dressings to be replenished. The bread rolls are small brioche rolls (not very nice). My husband had a chicken burger and cleared his plate. My grandchildren had burgers and between them managed 1/2 a burger as they said the meat tasted awful. I had gammon, which wasn’t cooked and neither were the chips. The gammon was taken off the bill which still came to £57. I will never go to a Harvester again. We used to enjoy a treat to Harvester but this was our last.

Food was cold server was rude orchard Riverfield drive served by chels. Cut me of when ordering told me she will do mids desserts later. Online said kids eat for £1 but charged £7.11 each meal the wing and wave chips were cold steak not well done tempura prawns warm and soggy all out bad experience and seeing this as our first time it will definitely be the last time

We went to the harvester in Croxley Green today we were a party of five and ordered of the 2 course menu and the actual menu we wasn’t ready to order straight away but the waitress was great very polite very attentive all the food we had and the salad bar was fresh and absolutely delicious staff here are always polite and friendly wether it be Sunday morning for breakfast or during the day for lunch etc

Went to harvester grange park northampton. Excellent food friendly service attentive. Disappointed amount of dust on Counters and side counters and around booths.

We went to Harvester in Frimley for my sons birthday. We had a lovely evening and was served by Amanda, who was especially friendly and helpful. Thank you

We visited Harvester Warrington today, Kasia was our server, she was very polite and was attentive to our needs, our breakfasts were very tasty and the overall service was great.
Kasia is a great host and was full of positivity.

Paula was amazing today as always kind and fun friendly really good with the children great I heard you’re really good service as always being in a wheelchair she always offers to help if I need her great food

Harvester at Weymouth
Beautiful views. Shocking service.
It took ages before we were actually ordering food. We were in no rush so weren’t overly concerned. Placed the order and waited for a long period. The food eventually arrived. But our drinks and salad bowls still hadn’t. I asked the server where our drinks were. He said he was ‘too busy to get them. To be honest you’re best going to the bar and getting them yourself’
I said pardon and then he walked away. Wow! Will never return. I felt sorry for the people in a huge queue to come into the restaurant as we left. If it wasn’t a tourist town I would have thought it would be empty and shut down.

Harvesters restaurant chain was previously exceptional, but I find the current offering, particularly the original combination meals, to be quite disappointing compared to its past standards. It's truly a shame to see such a decline, which appears to be driven by shrinkflation and cost-cutting measures, resembling a race to the bottom in terms of quality and value.

Torquay Harvester.
Unlimited salad bar- great. Chicken bbq stack- great. Service from Carol was good- swift & friendly. Same last week from Jo. But before all that we had a 70 minute wait for our meal. Last week was 50 minutes. Previous Saturday was 40 minutes. We're in no rush as we're on holiday, but it's becoming an issue.

I ordered chicken from Harvester in Loughborough Order #651)and unfortunately found what appears to be chicken hair/feather material attached to the skin. I provided photographs, so customers can make up their own minds.

The response? Apparently, it is a chicken bone. I must say, that is quite an impressive bone — it looks remarkably like hair/feather to me. 😂

But the most entertaining part is the response to my complaint. Rather than taking responsibility, the explanations seem to go something like this:

Bad packaging? Blame the driver.
Problem with the food? Apparently it’s a bone.
Complaint from the customer? Somehow that becomes the customer’s problem.

Their response to my Google review also referred to spillages during transit and said this was a delivery-driver issue. Except my complaint was not about a spillage. It was about what was actually in the chicken.

If food quality really is a “top priority”, I would expect a proper investigation and some accountability rather than a collection of excuses and responsibility being passed around.

I contacted the relevant parties hoping for an adequate resolution, but so far I have seen very little willingness to accept responsibility.

Perhaps next time I order chicken, I should bring a microscope, a biology textbook and a bone expert with me. 😂

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Harvester Loughborough based on how this food-quality complaint has been handled.
