Amelia at The Dog in Studley waited on our table tonight, she was efficient and looked after us, chased our desserts without us asking and made sure everything was ok, great service thanks Amelia

Visited the Harvester at Reedswood Way Walsall today at around 2pm with my husband. The wait was a quite a while despite not being busy. He ordered the 7oz gammon I ordered the flatbread with chicken. We were given two small dishes for the free salad bar. I didn’t bother as the lettuce was a bit brown on the edges the same as on the flatbread.
The chips were overcooked and the flat bread was very hard to cut into.
I can’t fault the service apart from too long a wait for the meal. The food on whole was below par and too expensive for the quality of it.
Cost was £48 for both of us including a pint and a half of shandy.
Also no option to just have one course. It’s two courses which we did t really want.
We will go back to the Wheatchief at Great wryley. Which is around £14 for two main courses and the food is far in front of this.

Well it was ok a bit slow of a service for our meal. I ordered a large trips but didn’t feel like I got the full portion. Although are server was very nice

Went to the harvester in Basildon Festival leisure, the cashier behind the bar was less than polite, rude and had a face like thunder, the food was absolutely diabolical, I ordered a rice bowl with chargrilled chicken, and a fried egg, the egg came hardboiled, the rice was microwaved and clumped together, the chicken was burnt beyond recognition, honestly absolute disgusting that is the first and last time I go to a harvester!

I went to the Shorehouse in Thorpe bay and Eloise was so good, leng as hell but alarm kept going off but she had to fix but still unreal service

Firstly I had a booking but the manager said not on the system..bought my drink no lemon...went to the salad bar at 6.15 hardly anything left...no rolls, bar assistant said he could not scan my reward on phone. Great visit !!!! Not 😡

Went to the Harvester Crown Inn Bristol yesterday as a partly of four for breakfast. Having read the reviews I was expecting great things, but sadly have to say it was quite disappointing. We ordered 2 mini breakfasts and two lots of pancakes, which we received after quite a lengthy wait. Pancakes seemed fine, maybe just quite bland but it was the cooked breakfast that was the most disappointing. Poached egg was rock hard and you could have bounced it off a wall, asked for no tomato and got it anyway, the other breakfast asked for no mushroom and they got it anyway too. Bacon, beans, egg, hash brown and mushroom were all cold and I mean cold, but sausage was hot. It was like everything was cooked and on the plate when the person in the kitchen suddenly realised there was no sausage on the plate so threw them in the fryer to do as quick as possible so the rest got cold waiting. Toast was burnt, I mean it was actually like charcoal on one side, obviously served that side down. Overall, not great and I probably wouldn't go back again

ALL staff should know the UK law concerning Assistance Dogs. Life is difficult enough for those with disabilities. After sitting outside, then moving to bar area I asked to speak to the manager about Assistance Dogs. She kindly found a table for me in the restaurant area. The young waitress helped me to get food from the salad bar as with crutches I cant hold a plate. I sat for 15/20 minutes having finished my meal and wanted to order a dessert but I was made to feel invisible to all the staff as I watched them serve other tables with desserts and asking them if they wanted more drinks. No staff came over to see if everything was alright or if I needed anything. Staff were polite when they spoke but the service was dismal considering they could clearly see I have disabilities

Now that is the very last time I go to Harvester. Asked if on fish & chips fish had skin on told, 'we haven't got any' order mixed grill,Asked no mushrooms and no tomatoes, steak medium. What I got was cold chips, mushrooms, tomatoes and a rare steak. Tried to get the attention of server, didn't happen.
Waited ages after I'd finished, no check in either, told server. Asked if I wanted dessert, waited too long. Server told me to speak to manager at bar. He told me that the kitchen said that no one told them about no mushrooms or tomatoes, just like people next to me asked for no chips and corn bread and got them.
Let's face it, customer service is lousy, food isn't what you ask for and this isn't just a 1 off, it has happened all the time. Manager did reduce my bill, but that's not the point. Customers should leave happen and contented.

Still here at the Harvester in Aylesbury for breakfast. An excellent breakfast with quality ingredients., All delivered by a great team but particularly Anastasia who delivered exceptional service. Thank you. Should mention also reasonable value for money.

Steve was absolutely excellent—extremely courteous, kind, and welcoming. He made us feel very comfortable throughout our experience. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was wonderful. Thank you, Steve, for making our visit so special, and congratulations on a job very well done!

Had the combo yesterday
Advertising 1/2 a rack of ribs and a quarter of a chicken, the chicken only had 2 bones and the 1/2 a rack just 4 bones so false advertising 1/2 a rack when 12 is a standard rack.
Did not order the pudding as did not want it to have a third less as this is there interpretation, not impressed fake advertising

Still waiting to hear from Harvester. Had one message saying I would be contacted within 3 days but I wasnt.

Another lovely family meal at the Harvester, Plympton, Plymouth and a special mention to our lovely waitress, Anna.
Anna was so friendly and really looked after us. Even though it was a crazily busy night, being a Saturday. Anna was so attentive and interacted with us all!
This isn't the first time we have been looked after by Anna so felt she needed a special shout out and recognition for going above and beyond. We hope this is recognised!

Our server Molly and the lady that sat us a black lady with black hair and glasses(apologies I didn’t get her name) we so friendly and professional the dinner was excellent and came quick very happy

We had a lovely lunch at harvester, thank you Zoe you made our lunch lovely 🥰.

food was good only thing was the mixed grill was not nothing like what was on menu very poor was next to nothing on the plate not happy about this

Great food, lovely waitress Mika who made the whole dining experience a pleasure. Loughton, Milton Keynes. Will definitely be back.

On a visit to Carmarthen my family were shown to a food marked bench, knife on the floor and discarded used butter portion packet. we changed seating table food took over an hour to arrive food was cold, many tables were left uncleared and I did not witness any hygiene table cleaning. I will never visit again how did they get a 5* rating?
