I was looking for a bikini post partum that has a little more coverage without sacrificing cuteness and Haute was the perfect match. I have stretch marks on my lower belly and they cover them just enough and make me feel confident and still super cute. I love that they offer so many options to mix and match and cute cover ups. Style and quality was amazing.

The bikini arrived quickly and initially seemed really lovely. Unfortunately, after wearing it fewer than 8 times over the course of 5 months, the fabric has already started to wear away.

I contacted customer service about the issue, but unfortunately, they said there was nothing they could do.

It’s a shame because I would genuinely love to buy more bikinis from this brand, but given the quality and how quickly the fabric has deteriorated, I can’t justify purchasing another one.

I am so disgusted in this service.
I was charged $22 AUD for express shipping and its been 3 weeks and I still have not received my order.
It states on their website it takes 3-5 BUSINESS days to process an order wtf ????? It's been almost 3 weeks and it still has not been shipped

Terrible customer service and overall a scammy experience. Never ended up getting my order, never got a full refund, and customer service was very little help throughout the process.

From the moment I received my order, I could tell how much care has gone into every piece. The quality is beautiful, the fit is amazing, and the designs are effortlessly stylish while still being so fun and unique.

My only complaint? How am I supposed to choose what to wear when I genuinely want to put on everything at once?!

It’s safe to say I’m officially obsessed. This is one of those brands where you go in intending to buy one piece and somehow leave mentally planning your next five orders. My bank account may have concerns, but honestly… That sounds like a her problem.. Can’t wait to add more to my collection 😍

This is the most girly and beautiful bikini I've ever bought. It's incredibly comfortable, and every design in each series is aesthetically pleasing. The bikini is also very comfortable to wear.

Fast shipping and excellent quality! Had two swimsuit sets for the last 2 years (used frequently) and they still look brand new!

I ordered a bikini on 4 August and today, 2 September, it still hasn’t even been shipped.

I have contacted customer service on four separate occasions, and every single time I’ve been given the same excuse that it will be shipped “soon”, but nothing has happened. I have also tried to cancel the order, only to be told that I would have to pay a $7 cancellation fee.

Honestly, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. The products themselves look good, but what is the point if the company cannot actually deliver them or provide any meaningful customer service?

If you’re based in the UK, I would seriously think twice before ordering. The shipping and customer service are absolutely ridiculous, and the company’s reliability is extremely disappointing.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them unless you’re prepared to wait indefinitely and chase customer service yourself.

Avoid ordering from Haute Swimwear if you need your order by a specific date or for a holiday.

I thought ordering six weeks before my holiday would be more than enough, but clearly it wasn’t. Their website states that most orders leave the warehouse within 3–6 business days. My order was delayed by approximately two additional weeks, with no proactive communication. I had to chase them for an update.

When I tried to cancel because of the delay, I was told I would have to pay a $7 cancellation fee. It’s not about the $7; it’s the principle. I agreed to their terms, but the terms go both ways, and they failed to uphold their own stated fulfilment timeframe.

I’ve also seen multiple recent reviews from customers reporting very similar delays and communication issues.

My advice: avoid ordering from Haute Swimwear if you have a holiday, event or deadline coming up. Even ordering six weeks in advance may not be enough to ensure your order arrives on time.

Haute swimwear has been my absolute favorite brand this summer! They have the CUTEST suits with such a variety of different fabrics and styles. There is a suit for everyone! The quality is amazing and holds up incredibly well. Also so so comfy to wear! They also have the cutest coverups to go with!

Worst experience ever.
Made my order on 03.08, after 1 week haven’t received any update on it(promised shipment timeframe was 3-5 days).
Reached out to customer support and received a very vague response regarding my order.
Checked out Trust Pilot and realized that this brand isn’t reliable and decided to cancel my order.
After long back and forth with customer service and over 2 weeks waiting I was able to get my money back (excluding 7€ cancellation fee).
Ver bad! Don’t recommend

DO NOT ORDER!!! I've ordered a few suits from here and they are ALL ruined after one use. When I brought it to their attention they just say theres nothing they can do

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a complete scam. I ordered a bunch of bikinis on express shipping and 2 months later, they've never been shipped. I contacted the company and they're refusing to process a refund or allow me to cancel my order without incuring a fee.
I'm so disheartened by this situation. Please do yourself a favor and just avoid this company.

they sell products that’s not in stock at all, and if you cancel they charge you a cancellation fee, SCAM

One ambassador for this product was making extremely homophobic, racist and mysoginistic remarks, telling people that a women deserved to be stabbed 30 times because she didn't say no. If this is who you have representing the brand then no one will buy from you.
