The shipping was fast, the product was packaged well and the quality of the product is amazing. So happy with my bikini.

I have a love/hate relationship with haute. But it's mostly hate. Their designs are really pretty and I adore them, but their business ethics are awful. They really don't care about their customers or try to build brand loyalty. They want to take your money quickly and run with it. Their quality control is not great. Many items that I've purchase directly from the website or second hand (new with tags) have had sewing defects. The first purchase I ordered from them (piper bottoms), the strap for the bottoms was sticking out (when it should've been inside the suit). Given this is their fault, they should've provided me a full refund. Instead, I had to pay for return shipping, they deducted the package protection fee, plus an extra $5. I lost $20 and only received the rest in store credit. Another item I purchased (elise cherry top), the top was asymmetrical. I lined up the triangle cups, and one side was longer than the other. Lastly, the closing stitch for the red gingham bottoms is not fully tucked in. There was a piece of fabric sticking out. The fabric itself for the gingham is also very stiff and scratchy. The matching scarlett top was also uneven. The white band at the top of the cups were different heights in thickness.

In addition to the poor quality, as mentioned before, their business practices are also unethical. They do not post negative reviews which should be illegal, and they're charging ridiculously high prices for poor quality suits. My guess is that they're upcharging many times more than what it costs them to manufacture because the construction is extremely sloppy.

I love buying swimsuits and supporting small brands, but it's difficult for me to want to support a brand that doesn't care about their customers and don't believe in their products. If they did, they wouldn't have such terrible return policies. They really need to take a lesson in how to run a business because customer service is so important to build returning customers. And returning customers is where the majority of profit should be coming in from. If you're reading this Haute, please do better.

I purchased the 'isis' set.
Very comfortable and nice material, and overall beautiful design. However the pearl from the charm (attached to the top) came off very easily and I wish the straps were adjustable. Otherwise I recommend this product!

Absolutely love the swimwear at Haute! The designs are so cute and the attention to detail is so intricate! The little bows make you feel so feminine, and for the gorgeous quality, the prices are really reasonable, love love love! And I love that you can mix and match styles to find something perfect for you

Really bad customer service! I have tried asking questions and there has been no response, nothing. This was through Instagram. Disappointing as they have been actively posting stories

Their bikinis are cute but the fabrics are poor quality and ill fitting. The stitching on the bottoms keeps unraveling as I wear them. There was a nice scallop decorative stitching around both my bikini sets I ordered and both are coming unraveled within the first wear. Would not order again.
They don’t publish any critical reviews on their website and haven’t reached out to me to rectify the issue.

When I ordered from haute swimwear for the first time, i found that their website was easy to navigate. They had a great different variety of swimwear, and everything looked super nice quality. When my bikini I ordered arrived, I found that the bikini was made from great material. Till this day it’s one of my favorites and I wear it all the time. Along with the bikini being amazing, they shipped it to me within a week!

Bikini arrived but was average. Didn’t fit so I attempted to exchange for a bigger size. The refund/exchange process is useless. Need to ‘request’ a refund or exchange and when approved they do not provide any instructions or return address to post to.
Emailed and messaged on Instagram multiple times before getting a return address. Spent a ridiculous amount of money to post the return to their address. Never got the refund. Won’t reply to messages

bikini arrived after around two weeks. i got the red gingham bikini which looks really nice on, but the actual fabric is so uncomfortable. it’s very scratchy and cheap feeling which is disappointing for how expensive the bikini is

Complete scam! Stole my money and did not arrive, customer service ignored all of my email and Instagram messages and deleted comments too. Don’t waste your money!

THE WORST!!!

I ordered $330 worth of bathing suits from Haute-Swimwear, and package never arrived. I’ve email the company several times but they ignore the emails. The other reviewers are right. This company is a SCAM.

The website was easy to navigate, I found the swimsuits I wanted off of instagram. I bought the "elsie" set in strawberry shortcake and the white "riviera" set - crochet. Shipping was fairly quick and the quality of the swimsuits is great, which I am happy about because they are pricey, but I think it's worth it.

Shipped my package to the wrong place, customer service takes forever to respond. I was on vacation in Florida, and ordered a bikini to the house we rented. I ordered it the 29th of June, with 3-6 days prioritized shipping. I was unable to track it during its delivery, until it was delivered to usps. When they received it, I could first see it out for delivery in the area code I put in on the 7th of July and the next morning I saw it said delivered, but the only information as to where was a post box and an area code (not even the same one I ordered to). The problem was that I was leaving the country that day, so I had to drive around for a good hour or two before going to the airport and search for USPS hubs in that area code, only to be disappointed and still not get my package. My family was still in the house til the 10th, so if it had at least arrived to the house I wouldn’t mind the late arrival, but it didn’t even go to the address I ordered. I understand that they can only be so responsible when it comes to their carriers, but I contacted customer service both the morning I was searching for it (for help tracking it) the night we left and the morning after and they still haven’t responded. Note, I ordered from a different brand as well and it made it to the door of the house perfectly fine.

Was in desperate need for a new bikini for my pup coming trips and had a really hard time to find a company that made cute but affordable pieces. Through an instagram ad, I came across haute swimwear and fell in love with their bikinis right away. I ordered the Delilah set in a size small for myself and it fits perfect. Bikini is so flattering on and I get compliments every time I wear it. My new favorite bikini, will definitely have to purchase another one.

My order came fast. It’s so hard to find bikini bottoms that don’t go so high up onto your back but these are PERFECT. The top is so cute and the bikini overall is so flattering. Perfect print for summer🩷 will definitely be ordering more.
