I ordered a bathing suit and it was amazing quality, great brand and the cutest styles. Will definitely be a long time customer💕💕

Their customer service is the WORST I have ever dealt with. Their swimsuits are tiny so I wanted to exchange for a bigger size, but there is nowhere to make returns on their site. You have to email them, they take 2 weeks to respond, and then they send you a link to request a return, which they then have to approve which takes even MORE time. You're charged for the return shipping, you only get store credit for the swimsuit. And then and only then can you repurchase the item (if you still want it 2 months later). This is awfullll business practice.

Inside of package had moisture in it and swimsuit smelled like mold. Bottoms had a strange fit to them and fabric felt inexpensive. An extra charge was added to my purchase without me asking for it for package protection so I emailed them within hours to have it removed. They shipped the package 4 days later then finally responded to email 7 days later telling me they couldn’t refund it because it had already shipped.

Terrible customer service. You can't get refund, just "store credit. " Took 9 days to reply to my emails. Quality of bikinis aren't even good. Wouldn't waste your money here.

I recently purchased the Piper set in
"Vanilla" and it's honestly the best swimsuit
I own right now. I love wearing it to the beach and it's very comfortable and stylish at the same time. Also, true to size. I recommend getting the Piper set it'll be worth it!!

I absolutely loved the bikini set I got from here. It’s super cute and great quality. It fits super well and I love that the bottoms are stretchy on the waistband so I can choose to have them cheeky or not. Overall I give a 10/10

Scam company. Bought a size M top and L bottoms and they barely covered anything - it's so different to the image on site. I can't return my item for a refund because it's 'exchange only'. Terrible company.

Terrible experience with Haute Swimwear. I placed an order over a month ago and I still haven’t received my order. I”be contacted customer service and seem to continue to get the run around. No good for me.

Love their swimwear! super cute! I just bought the aries set and the nora set. i love how they come in sets! their packaging was cute, i would size up on their bottoms!

I absolutely LOVE the suit i got, it’s such good quality, and it’s super cute! It shipped really fast too. I definitely recommend buying from this brand as they always have codes you can use and the quality of their suits are amazing and last a long time!!

I was scammed via shipping. I ordered express shipping to arrive in 3-6 days for extra cost. I asked for a refund on shipping. They refused, claiming I ordered a day later than I had and that it did get there within six days. It did not. It came in 10 days/8 business days. They still refuse to acknowledge this. Though you may get a bathing suit and it may or may not be what you ordered, if there are any complications or you seek a refund, you will be at a loss.

Ordered online, updated throughout order process and shipped and received in Australia within 14 days! Fit is great, material is soft on skin, comfortable and great designs. Really happy with my order!
