The best of the rest!
I love the intelligent suggestions you make to me having smoked Cuban cigars all my life, I enjoy trying and learning about cigars fro other places like Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. Your notes are enticing and accurate and the service swift and utterly reliable.

good availability but poor packaging
This was my first time here at Habana House. I was happy with the availability of the products, especially compared with other cigar websites where many items are constantly out of stock. The cigars themselves were good, and the customer service was excellent, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful.
However, the packaging really needs improvement. The cigars arrived in a very basic cardboard envelope with no humidification patch or any real protection. Compared with other retailers, where cigars are carefully placed in plastic bags with a humidity patch and often accompanied by a postcard, the presentation here felt rather poor and lacked care.
Overall, good products and excellent customer service, but the packaging needs significant improvement.
