Easy website to buy from & very prompt. Competitive prices.

Good value for money however my favourite organic section hasn't been working recently not showing anything I was looking for. Could only find the produce I usually buy by its name which is pretty annoying. It's been working great in the past so I'm hoping this can be rectified soon. Otherwise thank you for your great service and great quality produce.

Never had a problem with them in about two years of ordering.

Speed of delivery is good, as is quality of product, however I was not satisfied with the excessive amount of packaging which, in my opinion, was not necessary.

Excellent product, fantastic service, competitive prices

Many issues! First part of order was poorly packaged and my items were all covered in a sticky mess. Second part of order never arrived and i never got a response from them after contacting them a few times. When I finally got through on the phone 2 weeks later I was told the second part of my order was damaged and therefore not delivered but why was I not told this at the time? I wonder if the rest of my items would have arrived if I hadn't got through to anyone on the phone to re-place the rest of my order

I ordered on the Thursday evening and parcel arrived first thing on the Saturday morning . Fast service.

Worst company ever! They sent me the wrong item I contacted them no response! Don’t expect to get what you order from the company! Bad bad bad company

Ordered a jar of Japanese plums (umeboshi) in mid December and didn’t receive them until 1/31. When they arrived the vacuum seal button on the top was popped- indicating that the jar was not sealed. I think this is unsanitary and I’m disappointed my purchase isn’t suitable for eating.

ADDENDUM: I’m updating because Hawthorn issued a refund and it was very easy to deal with their customer service. Still recommend to keep in mind that shipping to the US took a long time.

Service usually fast and reliable. However one order (out of about a dozen included two of the wrong items, and sometimes there is a large amount of non-recyclable fillers used in the packaging. Crumpled paper would be more eco-friendly.

An excellent company offering what seems to be a wide range of products at very competitive prices. I started using HH when my local Sainsbury's stopped stocking Lizi's Granola, which I eat for its low glycaemic load rating - I have reactive hypoglycaemia, so benefit from foods that release their sugar slowly. I have given four stars instead of five for two reasons: firstly, there is no means to look through your order history and simply re-order what you had last time, which is what I usually want to do. Secondly, when you try and right click on a product on the order history to open it in a new tab, you get a copyright warning but no new tab. Two ways in which HH makes it unnecessarily harder to re-order. Other than that, next day service is always reliable and this time I am glad they have cut down on the very wasteful and unnecessary packaging used in previous orders.

It has been two weeks and I still haven’t received my products yet. Also with no follow up at all!
