Really helpful and quick

Charlotte answered all my questions clearly and was very reassuring regarding what happens if the jet fuel crisis continues.
She phoned back when she said she would and was happy to arrange special assistance for me on the flights and made sure to ask if I needed any adaptations in the hotel rooms etc.

The attendant found the route of travel which allows me one stop with a reasonable price which was a bit challenging for.

Having used Hayes before several years ago I decided to contact a member of your team when I was getting nowhere on my own with a non-standard Far East Trip.
We were looking for a business class trip to Singapore with a two night stop off in Dubai on the return leg and though I'm seasoned at sorting my own multi-leg trips out in Europe (flights and hotels booked separately) I was struggling with this one.
The Hayes representative (Maria Larn) was most helpful in getting our trip sorted in a matter of hours and we will definitely contact her again when looking for a trip which isn't straightforward.

I received the best service . Louise was patient attentive and helpful. She went the extra mile to get me the holiday I wanted . All the other staff were equally helpful . I will recommend Hayes travel to everyone . Thank you .
