I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Samantha at Hays Travel for the outstanding service she provided. She went above and beyond to accommodate our booking request and made the whole process so easy and stress-free.
Nothing was too much trouble, and she took the time to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted. Her professionalism, patience, and friendly approach really stood out, and it's clear she genuinely cares about her customers.

After after having three UK coach…
After after having three UK coach touring breaks cancelled at short notice I had just about given up any hope of having a holiday this year. Not to worry Phil at Meadowhall branch came up trumps and we are booked to visit Bournemouth in September with National Holidays. Phil sorted out the booking, rang me back to finalise payment. No hassle. Looking forward to holiday.
