Knowledgeable friendly staff (Chase) was able to go through booking process quickly and confirmed our preference.

He then set out the remainder of the process simply with the ongoing help Hays provides e.g travel money.

Having been to two other travel agents in Aberdeen, we were delighted to have someone finally listen to our needs when we were looking for a package deal. The agent was very helpful, found a holiday within our budget and with a flight under 3 hours. Previous agencies had suggested Rhodes and Tenerife! Our agent was friendly, understanding and so helpful. We’re off to Salou in 4 weeks time (somewhere we hadn’t even considered) and we’re delighted, thank you!!

We've dealt with Louise before for our trip to Japan which was everything we wanted. We've recently booked a safari and beach stay and both Louise and Abi (when Louise was on holiday) made the whole booking process seamless.

I always have a great experience booking with Hays. Every member of staff is so helpful and friendly, offering to look up information on options and prices. This is my fourth booking with them and won’t be the last.

I just walked in and the lady got me a great deal with no problem at all.

It was nice to be recognised by a member of staff who had served me on my previous booking in the Spring.
I again got my flight at times I wished which were best for me and he fixed up assistance for me at both ends.

Honestly it was our travel advisor Abi that was instrumental in our good experience. She was helpful and informative on our quite complex multi destination holiday and showed a high degree of customer focus and service.
If I was to give one down side, it would be having to sit on quite hard seats for a number of hours which left us a little sore :)

My Experience with booking a holiday package with Hays Travel was amazing. Claire especially was so so helpful for getting everything sorted including flights and accommodation. Her communication was extremely good, emailed all details and everything was sortred. All Hays Travel employees were excellent when Claire was not there ,so never had a problem with that.

Claire was a star knew her job inside and out got us our dream cruise everything we were looking for and for a great price win win all round

We popped into Hay's in Aberdeen a few weeks ago to see about booking a break to Alicante in October '26. We were greeted warmly by Abi, who was so welcoming and helpful with our enquiry. We have not been to Spain before, so we really appreciated her help and expertise in exploring the options, nothing was too much trouble. In the end, we decided to think about it, but Abi kept in touch for the next few weeks until we eventually opted for a break in February '27 at the same hotel. Her professional, no-pressure and friendly manner combined with her knowledge was vital in us choosing the right package and she is a credit to Hay's, who we had never used before. Needless to say, we'll be back. Great experience.

Went in to the Bon Accord Centre Branch today to book my trip. On arrival all staff were busy with customers, I sat down and picked up a brochure. A member of staff approached and asked if she could help, I said what I was in for and she explained she couldn't help as she was travel money only and that staff would be free shortly. After about 10 minutes I was asked by Louise if she could help when she became free. Louise was amazing, i told her what i was looking for and she explored all options for me and found my trip. Louise explained everything to me and even had a short discussion about possible Visa requirements being introduced and explained how she would keep me updated around this. My trip was booked by Louise in a very professional way with a bit of banter and normal discussion whilst we were dealing with my request. I wasn't even back at my car and all documents and receipts were in my inbox. Big thanks to everyone in Hays Travel in the Bon Accord Centre in Aberdeen especially Louise.

The service was wonderful as always. Very efficient response to our query with great options given for our holiday. Booking was seamless and very thorough. Excellent service.
