Looked at a cruise online with TUI went into my local branch of hays travel and they matched it and got cheaper airport parking

I have used Ashington Hays Travel for the last 4 years. Their communication is fantastic, whether it's email, phone or Facebook messenger. They go out of their way to help. They are always polite and kind.

I returned to Hays travel Ashington branch as I am always guaranteed top class service. Sue helped me book my next holiday and I know that if I have any problems/ queries I just need to pick up the phone or email them and I get the help that I need

Efficient, friendly and courteous staff
Once again I always choose Hays travel because of the staff. They know their job and do it quickly and efficiently. They are very courteous and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
