Helpful and thorough service over a number of days to ensure we selected the best holiday. Spoke to a few members of staff in the process of selecting, who provided us with useful info and brochures. When booking, different options explored to ensure choices were within personal budget.

Booking a Holiday
The lady I first saw was a trainee. lacked the experience of the other staff, although she was pleasant the other staff helped out. I went in as I had questions and wanted verbal answers, which I managed. A big deposit was paid and the girls tried their best.
The confirmation Invoice arrive by e-mail , it was not right so I had to telephone to request another one which came the same evening.
I went into the shop a week later to collect the printed confirmation of the holiday that was fine.
