Nothing too much trouble
I have found staff to be curtious and nothing too much trouble.
My first contact was to explore possible booking . Subsequently contact with staff has been helpful and today I collected paper copies of my booking , advice about the Hays app and amendments to my booking, free from any hassle

We knew what we wanted to book when we went in. Shop matched TUI online discount price. Pleasant member of staff. We booked and paid our deposit, glad to have a holiday to look forward to. Advertised pay later deposit but it was not offered to us. Don’t know why.
