Sales person listened to what we required from a holiday and spent some time with looking at our options. She was very personable and professional .

Very helpful and friendly staff.Prepared to resolve any questions or issues that we raised.Disappointed with usa agent as after being given a quote it was constant add ons,eg oh didn't book your luggage for on going flight that will cost you another 30 dollars each,only one driver booked for fly drive so another extra to add husband and so on.

Very friendly and personable staff member. Gave good advice and very helpful. Felt very reassured that our booking was exactly what we wanted.

Hi,, we were greeted by Amy, who then went on to show us a number of hotels and travel companies in Cyprus, she was very patient with us as we kept going back and forth and generally being very non committal but in the end we settled for a hotel that we thought suited our needs, reasonably quiet, all inclusive and looks very comfortable.......booked.

Why go through the aggro of booking tours and flights online, when your local travel agents are experts at it. As Jasmine at Hays Travel Bicester says - "it's what we are here for".

Really great service from Diane, the manager who was both knowledgeable and friendly, presented all the options as far as the holiday was concerned, and was then able to tailor it to my requirements, leaving me feeling that I had got exactly the cruise I had wanted, and at a good price too. Would definitely recommend, and would return for any future holiday enquiries.

Amy who booked our holiday was very calm in spite of 7 of us in the group and a few hitches along the way.
Diane( manager) was there to assist where needed and took away any worries I would have had if I had tried to book it alone.

Jasmine was very helpful and efficient at getting my holiday booked and she helped me find information about the hotels we will be visiting . It was so nice to deal with a person rather than spending hours on the web and much quicker.

Have used this branch before and was very pleased with the quality of service and politeness. My latest visit was to book a holiday and get some foreign currency. This was done without any problems and I shall continue to use this branch for my travel needs as I prefer to book with real people rather than online. Special thank you to Diane who served me.

Wow what a superb service from Hays, Bicester. Emailed them over a few weeks about a complicated itinerary and received very quick responses. When we finally went in to actually book we were warmly greeted and they were excited to get everything right even with more changes on the day.
