As returning customers, we received excellent service from Brendan, which we have come to expect. As a large family party, he met all our needs, even providing reassurance in the face of potential airline strikes! Brendan is highly efficient and his warmth and good humour makes booking with him a pleasure.

Brendan was recommended to me by one of his customers and I have to say he definitely is a great travel advisor he made the whole experience easy as he took care of everything. Definitely will be using his services again and I’ve recommended him to other friends.

This is my 3rd cruise booked with Brendan. Brendan is very knowledgeable with everything regarding cruising from the cruise company, ships, ports etc. He is extremely helpful and makes you feel at ease that everything is under control. Wouldn't book with anyone else!

As a 1st time customer, I can honestly say that Brendan O'Connor has taken care of ALL our travel arrangements for our upcoming flights and cruise. Brendan’s knowledge of the cruise industry was amazing, we were booking a very special cruise for my father’s 90th birthday. He managed to get us balcony cabins next to each other, and thinking of my Dad’s mobility got our cabins next to the elevator. I have booked a couple of cruises with Brendan and all I can say what a wonderful stress free experience. Brendan is a font of information and works very hard for you oh and is super patient😂. What a lovely friendly travel agent I would recommend him to anyone. All paperwork is sent which I love that old school attention to detail. The little things I don’t need to stress about because Brendan as it all in hand 👏👏👏👏

We talked by telephone. Brendan is very friendly and makes a person feel comfortable to ask questions. He takes a lot of time to cover every smallest detail about what is important to know. I have not been on a cruise before, and there were several things I had not liked about other cruise lines I was investigating and was reassured by Brendan that this line is different. So I found his communication to be most helpful, detailed, enjoyable and I look forward to my first cruise, a solo one.
