Very helpful staff. Made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We were very pleased with the cost of our cruise and the staff were able to quickly and efficiently answer any questions we had. Would definitely use Hays Travel again!

Charli was exceptional
Charli was efficient, thorough, pleasant and professional.
She obtained the holiday of choice and (despite her computer playing up) fully explained every feature of the trip. I bought on the spot-not needing to prevaricate!!
Frankly (and if I might say so), she is a credit to your company. I have not dealt with Hays before, but shall make a point of using yourselves in the future.

I must say I am thrilled with the service I received from Hays Travel.
This was my first time book through the company, but wont be the last. Charli was so helpful, friendly and efficient. She asked questions that had not come to my mind which I really appreciated. I think having the personal touch from someone like Charli made the experience so much more streighforward and seamless. I really appreciated her customer service.
