The experience was straight forward. We had already decided the cruise we wanted to travel on and Karly processed the booking from the ship choice to car parking making it a stress free experience for us. She talked us through our options and explained everything thoroughly

We were looking for last minute deals but were unsure of location. Charli was very friendly and took time to show us various hotels. We eventually decided on Tunisia and she processed all the necessary paperwork efficiently.

Charli a member of staff was very helpful and answered all the questions that were put to her.
Charli showed me the area around the resort where we would be staying and was polite and followed
up with a telephone call regarding the accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble.

Our visit to Hays Travel Bridgend was a very positive one. We went in late on Saturday 23.8.25 and asked for more information about a holiday advertised in the window.
Georgina, the staff member who dealt with us , was extremely helpful. She took on board my concerns about a certain aspect of the holiday and encouraged us to wait until she found out more information the following day .She assured us she would call us the following morning.
As promised she did this and the upshot was she was able to modify the holiday and suit it better to our needs. Thanks to Georgina we are off for a much needed rest at a very affordable price in a well rated hotel.

We had no idea on booking a cruise because we had never been on one. The agent helped us through the booking process and it was tailored for our needs. She listened to what we wanted and was really helpful.

Sales person was efficient in booking our Menorca holiday. Would have given 5 stars but unfortunately they were not registered with Etihad. Sales person is going to register with them and get back to us with the cost.
