On this occasion I was a solo traveller and thought I’d never find a holiday without paying extortionate prices for the pleasure of my own company .I walked in everyone was friendly and the assistant to helped me was FANTASTIC . We found quite a few solo traveller offers and they were all within my budget but more importantly I felt I was not being penalised for being solo Having found exactly where I wanted to go we looked at everything beaches bars accessibility to local town ect everything I wanted . I wanted to book a cruise to Norway and Hays Travel handled the booking very well. I got the service I wanted. The fact that I decided to change the date of my trip after the first intinerary was sent to me was handled very quickly.

As an elderly solo traveller I was keen to find a real live travel agency to plan everything for me. I found Hays online and took the train from London to Bromley so that I could speak to an agent face-to-face. Sana was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable, finding me a hotel and flights to Marbella at fairly short notice. She printed out the paperwork for me as well as sending it by email. I went back two days later to pick up my boarding cards as I hadn't taken my passport with me the first time. I feel confident that all will be well on my holiday!

The rep Sana was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything to us and she even priced matched the cheaper quote we got online.

Attended the bureau in Bromley and were interviewed by Sana who proved to be a gods send. My wife and I are both in our late seventies and we found her to be friendly and very helpful.
