Even remembering our names from last year when we first visited a travel agent for the first time, as I usually arrange holidays myself.
Every one of the staff couldn't be more helpful and we had a few jokes along the process of a further cruise booking.

Great service from Ellena at Hays travel broughty ferry. Friendly interested and took her time in organising our holiday . Explained what she was doing , all the relevant terms and conditions, what we needed to consider and ongoing help that would be forthcoming. They ensured we were well looked after including Ace our dog 😁. All in all a great experience 5 out of 5

ELLENA SPENT A LOT OF TIME GETTING EVERYTHING WE WERE WANTING FOR OUR CRUISE INTHE END WE ENDED UP BOOKING 2 CRUISES, AND WAS MOST HELPFUL WHEN WE PHONED THE NEXT DAY TO ADD ON ASSISTED TRAVEL FOR OUR FLIGHTS. WILL BOOK AGAIN THANKYOU.
