I seen a girl called Joanne and she was brilliant.. very helpful and pleasant.

Staff were very polite and answered all our questions about our trip.Also gave us information and advice that we had not thought about. Nice to feel that I was not rushed.

Kira's competence. She understood our objectives and did her best to meet them. Since we had passport details with us, we left with everything we needed, including boarding passes, seat numbers,and hotel booking. The lady at the currency exchange was excellent also.
