Hays Travel - Castleford Reviews 

We had fantastic service again from Curtis at Hays Travel Castleford. We knew where we wanted to go and when Curtis was very informative and helpful.

The staff in Castleford are fantastic very very helpful can’t do enough

Curtis, who was our in store travel consultant, was absolutely amazing. His customer service, support, advice and patience was absolutely fantastic. All the staff in store were friendly, they spoke to us and ensured we were comfortable throughout. The booking process was done smoothly and the whole in store experience was spot on.

It was our first holiday that we've booked ourselves, Curtis was superb and made things super easy and stress free. Top man.
In and out in 30 minutes too. Perfect

Great friendly service as always. Staff in the Castleford store are always lovely. Very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

What a lovely young lady claire was extremely helpful found the perfect holiday within price range nothing was too much trouble the rest of the staff in branch were lovely even got a cup of tea thank you Claire be back soon

Jane was really helpful and professional, however the remainder of the staff were very unprofessional and distracting. They were showing something on someone's phone and laughing, shouting across the shop floor, being really loud, ignoring customers that came in, until I assumed the manager spoke to someone to deal with them, don't think I would use again

Laura spent time going through all options and we were not rushed and found our perfect holiday

Always a pleasant experience. Always go above and beyond making sure everything is sorted for our travels as a wheelchair user.

As usual every time we use Hays, we get what we want and nothing we don't.
We found a holiday in the window, went in and the adviser Claire helped us get the best deal.
