Friendly and Helpful.
We decided where to go on holiday so went to Hays, as always, booked our holiday, sorry I don't know the name of the member of staff who booked us, but she was very helpful and friendly. Always the same when we go in there, now getting excited and looking forward to our holiday in Fuerteventura.

We had a vague idea of what we wanted to book and the Hays consultant took us through all the options. She was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Half ann hour and we had booked a holiday that ticked all of our boxes and a few more.
