Holiday and hotel was prefect. But book private transfer through Hays ended up with another family come into our taxi because they missed their Tui bus. On way back waited for taxi. A Tui bus turned up. So we paid for private taxi and didn’t get the service what we asked for.

The advisor, Declan was very welcoming, polite, very efficient and quick at identifying what I needed. Our holiday was quickly booked before I left the premises. Since then, Declan had sent me an email with the holiday insurance quote, which I have now paid. He also notified me immediately after our flight details from outward flight from Heathrow and return flight to Heathrow were altered.

Chelsea has gone above and beyond in finding my family a holiday.Always helpful friendly and professional.Also we need to mention a young man who i believe was Declan? Again very polite friendly and very professional.thank you to you both.We look forward to our holiday.

We arranged a holiday with good friends from Crook in Durham. Our friends booked the holiday through the Hays branch in Crook. We arranged to go to Kos Greece, staying at the Kipriotis Maris Suite.
It was clear and should have been obvious to the Hays branch at Crook, that we were holidaying together. We thought we were all staying at the same hotel and were really looking forward to a great holiday. It turned out that the Hays booking was for two hotels in the same hotel group and if we had not noticed this fact ourselves (luckily before we arrived in Kos), we would have holidayed separately, not together as originally requested.
While researching online, we realised that Hays had provided us with a name shared by two hotels. We contacted Hays at Crook, they confirmed we were in separate hotels, and they had not noticed. Eventually they managed to rectify the situation and get us in the same hotel.
Our friends were flying from Newcastle, and we were flying from Gatwick. The hotel package and transfer arranged through Vista (Ref: HTR-682699) by Hays at Crook. The flight arranged through EasyJet, the flight arriving at Kos late evening. As we were arriving so late, we wanted to get to the hotel without delay, so we contacted Hays at Crook and requested a private transfer. Arranged, again through Vista, at an extra cost.
On arrival at Kos, the private transfer was waiting, which was great, and he was a great driver, unfortunately he took us to the wrong hotel. Not his fault, he was handed the wrong instructions. After some delay, we eventually managed to get the correct hotel. Due to the transfer mix up, we contacted Vista to explain and requested the departure transfer information re-checked and asked for assurance that it had details of the correct hotel.
The hotel we stayed in did not meet expectations and there were issues on our arrival, stay and departure. These issues are detailed in a separate hotel review on Trust pilot. Suffice to say the hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating. I recommend that Hays read the hotel reviews.
On departure from the Hotel to the airport the private transfer turned up 3 hours earlier than booked, as the driver, again, had incorrect details of pick up and the flight departure time. We could not change the transfer time, which meant we arrived at the airport 5 hrs early and had to sit around for 3 hours before we could check in. This was not an ideal end to our holiday in Kos.
Disappointed with Hays at Crook. We use Hays (Andover) regularly to plan and arrange our holidays and do not usually encounter these many issues.

Always book with Hays Travel in Crook staff all lovely and always helpful booked again yesterday with Declan to go to Turkey very helpful thank you.

The staff at Hays in Crook are so patient and helpful, nothing is a problem and they are so friendly...it makes the whole experience a happy experience and even better when you leave with a holiday.
