Excellent customer service from a Erin, only new to the job buy she made me feel very comfortable in booking a last minute get away.
Even the man at cash exchange asked if I wanted a hot drink.
Can't fault the service. 5 out of 6 stars!

My sister and I wanted a holiday to Marrakech and my sister had looked on line and got a price from Booking.com. However I went to Hays in Crosby as I know how efficient they are. Macy checked out the prices and was able to sort the booking out giving us a good deal. She was so efficient and helpful. We wanted flights with different airlines - Jet 2 on the outward journey and easyJet coming back and she sorted this out for us. We wanted a quiet, twin room which she requested and emailed the hotel for us. A reply was sent back within a couple of days acknowledging her request. Thank you to Macy for all her help and support.

Excellent service, very understanding staff and very efficient

The staff were lovely and welcoming and very knowledgeable. Leighla made sure she knew what we wanted and provided it - no pressure, no hard sell - just support and information with a smile. I discussed the options with the rest of our party later, I rang the next day and spoke to Emily who answered all questions and then rang later that day and paid the deposit/booked over the phone. Great deal and experience - thanks everyone.

Emily was really pleasant and helped us look at our options for a spot of winter sun. She found us the right kind of accommodation in no time at all and booked it on the spot.
With the proceeds.ise of further assistance with checking in etc we left well satisfied with the service.

As soon as you walk in staff greet you your offed tea or coffee Laura is fantastic she knows her job sorts us a lovely cruise goes threw everything and makes us feel so special thank you Laura carnt wait for the cruise xx

Super helpful staff especially picking up on each others workload over the Christmas period when there was a lot of staff holidays to contend with. We never had to to wait for a response and always had someone to talk to who knew all about our holiday. Perfect teamwork.

Will never book a holiday with hays travel again ,and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to , holiday we booked was cancelled due to a hurricane and hotel was destroyed, wanted a refund and still waiting on this , even though holiday provider tui has refunded money to hays , there keeping hold of it ,be taking legal advice to get our money back , don’t book with hays travel again, UPDATE from reply from hays travel , firstly tui refunded the money to hays travel promptly after we told hays travel , we didn’t want to go after the hurricane, hotel was destroyed and very sad situation for hotel , as for hays travel , the money is in there accounts, up to 28 days for it to be transferred back to ourselves we have been told by them , tui transferred the money in days back to hays , back transfers happen in a instance , it’s 2025 not 1975 , new responce now is 3-5 days ,not holding my breathe
