Hays Travel - Dumfries Reviews 

I was wanting to book flights to Australia and spoke with Hollie. She was so helpful looking to find me the cheapest flights on the dates I wanted. She talked me through everything I needed to do while staying on the phone with me. Booking through Hays was so less stressful than trying to do it myself. I would definitely book through Hays again

When I’m not sure of where to have cabin or which one it’s no bother for them to find prices of a few different cabin categories for me to look at and then which one for them to try and book when booking released with others to consider if not able to get the one I requested

The young lady( Holly ) at Hays Travel in Dumfries was in my opinion exceptional at her job, nothing was a problem to her in ensuring she delivered answers to all questions asked in booking my future holiday in Egypt. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of booking a holiday with Hays Travel in Dumfries, having booked numerous holidays in the past.

This young lady showed us different hotels/pick up points/transfer options/guided us through tours/currency/routes/insurance/ payments/passports. . Holly organised everything from flights, seating, meals, tours, weather, clothing, bag sizes, packed lunches, she covered absolutely everything. We are so impressed we will be getting Holly to book our next holiday. Thank you to young Emmie, who was ‘in training’ and stepped in to finish off the ‘process’ guided by the lovely Holly. We left on ‘cloud nine’. 💕
