Staff were attentive and very helpful, over several visits I dealt with all the staff over booking flights and complicated conference dates.

We had phoned the day before to give details of the Cruise. When we arrived at the shop we were able to speak to Diane right away. The booking process was completed quickly. We had asked for Assistance so Diane had no problems completing it. Seats on plane booked too. We had Diane's attention throughout. We felt reassured that everything was covered during the visit.

My experience is always very good and helpful. Staff (Diane)very helpful and never in a hurry. Double checks what is needed and passes it on. Makes a difference when some staff have already been or near where we want to go. Cannot fault the service, excellent. No problem when booking.

I was wanting to book flights to Australia and spoke with Hollie. She was so helpful looking to find me the cheapest flights on the dates I wanted.
