The were very very helpful and very professional. The took time to find out for me if the area was suitable for people who have mobility problems my son suffers from cerebral palsy

I had phoned in the morning and spoken to Craig in local Dunfermline branch. Asked if he could look at Jet2 holidays to Rhodes. I popped in a couple of hours later. I have never been to Rhodes so needed help to choose suitable resort. Craig had very good options for me to look at. Talked through everything and I chose a beautiful hotel. Very happy, exactly what I wanted.

The holiday I was looking for was no longer in the window and I could only remember a few details. The staff member took time to find it and walked me through all the options. He was very patient and helpful. I felt that I had found the right holiday at a very good price. I am very happy with the experience.

Well informed efficient, professional freindly service

We had a lovely experience at Hays in Dunfermline. Agent Amber listened to our requests and found the ideal cruise for us.
She was also very patient while we had to sort problems with my credit card.

I had had difficulty booking a flight to Zimbabwe on line but Craig at Hays in Dunfermline was very patient in sorting it out for me.

One suggestion is for Manager of Dunfermline branch to install a water cooler or have bottled water available for customers booking trips ( as client can be sitting there for 60 minutes or so).

I had a rough idea of what we wanted with my two friends who were not there with me. I was quite impressed with patience and professional attitude shown by the male staff member. He showed me the cruise we wanted and waited in between while I phoned my friends to make sure we booked the right thing. Not once did he appear to rush me. This was not the first time we booked a holiday with Hays Travel and definitely not the last. Thank you Hays Travel staff.
