Hays Travel - Durham Reviews 

We booked our holiday at the Durham branch with Chloe Sams .She was very knowledgeable and patient and made us feel at ease as this was the first time we had travelled by ourselves We usually go as a group with family We stayed at the Aska Lara resort and spa which was very nice hotel with friendly staff and lovely ambiance.We were so impressed the food is amazing the cakes are some thing This was great we fell in love with the place and on our return have booked again with Chloe for our return in 2027 with our grand children our daughter and her partner The icing on the cake is The Starbucks all included in the price We had lovely cocktails and the fridge in the room were replenished every day They also have water park.which has a free shuttle bus or is a short walk away This place is beautiful Well worth a visit .

Called in to the branch. Louise was very helpful and researched based on my needs, which changed a couple of times as my dates were uncertain. Managed to get me a better location and cheaper through further looking into it.

The highly informative professional team, alwsys friwndly & nothing is to much to ask. Louise from Durham branch had a mountain to climb to find a holiday which suited all rhe needs of 9, 5 adults & 4 children of mixed ages, sbe was so patient, absolutly brilliant service

Overall we got the holiday we wanted at a fair price. The only snag was I had to call back and the adviser was unable to access our historic details from previous bookings. This would have made the admin much easier than having to give names etc again. We love Hays and would recommend them.
