Always aim to please
I have booked numerous holidays with Hays St Thomas, the staff are always welcoming and friendly.
On this occasion I popped in to collect my tickets for an upcoming cruise, and mentioned that I was thinking of a trip later in the year to Prague.
Esme asked if I would like her to research it for me, by the end of the day she had emailed me a number of quotes, I am pleased to say that I immediately booked one of them.
I look forward to booking another adventure with them in the not too distant future.

Fantastic Service
I had found a holiday online, but always prefer to book with Hays. I emailed the branch with the holiday I wanted and everything was booked without me having to travel to the branch.

The office was busy when we arrived and…
The office was busy when we arrived and all agents were occupied. We had to wait 30 minutes before an agent became free. We booked two holidays one with Esme and one with Theresa. Both agents could not have been more helpful. Both agents apologized for the delay in being seen
