I spoke to 2 different members of staff and both were very helpful, efficient and courteous. They gave me all the information I required to book a holiday on Tuscany

Myself, my mum and my brother decided we wanted to go away on holiday but didn't really have any idea of where we wanted to go. I called into my local branch and, after chatting with Saffron, she checked out a few options for me and used her personal and professional experience to look at hotel and resort options. She and anyone else I have had contact with in this branch are very helpful and friendly. I am very happy with the service and the booking process, and the ease of setting up a direct debit to make paying for the holiday easier.

Passport needed renewing .all the staff were so very helpful and arranged an appointment with the passport office. Saffron booked the holiday for us and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly rate the service we received and would use the Glengormley branch again in the future.

Karen sorted out holiday in her usual professional way and got us a great deal in Gran Canaria for November.

I had a really great experience. Carley was incredibly helpful and friendly. The whole process was smooth and stress free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to book a holiday and will happily use them again in the future.

Our adviser, Karen just knows what we like from a holiday and we trust her implicitly with her suggestions. She's amazing, and has the personality to match. We have never had a bad holiday, meaning we get what we want and our holiday budget is never wasted on going somewhere not up to standard. All the girls are lovely to go into. Jenna the manager, has a lovely way with her too. We just love going in to see all our friends in the Glengormley branch. Great bunch of girls. If there is an award for best branch, this is the one to hang it on their wall!

Karen was really helpful and has arranged a great trip for us, no problem was to much and even after I made a mistake Karen sorted it for me with ease.

Feeling very welcome from minute one. They asked details for what I was looking for, offered ideas, options and even other things I may not have considered. All in all, would recommend booking through them.

The service was very good, though I disappointed them. I appreciate how i was refunded back my money in no time. Great time.

Karen was very quick to respond with the info I had requested, she was very thorough and clear explaining our options and was very helpful getting us booked in with our group all wanting something different.

Julie was so welcoming and also very knowledgeable. A great asset to the company. Nothing was too much bother for her.

The person dealing with me understood the problem I was experiencing. She took the time to listen and explained what she was able to do to resolve it. She also explained what she was unable to do for me and explained it in a clear and friendly manner.
I was extremely happy with the results of my experience.

Friendly and helpful staff

I visited the Glengormley Hays branch on a Saturday morning, seeking help to book a mum and daughters weekend away. Julie was so welcoming patient, and helpful. The other team members were also engaged and friendly too. We had a super experience! Thank you- we can't wait to go on holiday!
