A welcoming experience
I was welcomed from the moment I stepped into the shop, Julie was attentive to my requirements I was looking for in a holiday for my son with his friend and myself, she was patient and explored all possibilities to search for the perfect holiday which we found, she made the booking efficient and swift which I appreciated. I will definitely recommend others to go to Hayes Travel agents, I usually book my holidays online but found the one to one experience far more attentive and helpful.

Booked through Rory's Travel Club
Booked through Rory's Travel Club and was put through to Carly in the Glengormley branch. She answered a million questions and got me booked on a holiday on my bucket list within minutes! She was really helpful and bubbly, she was just as excited as me! I'd be very happy booking with Hayes again.
