As always Hays in Gosforth were super helpful and sorted out forthcoming holiday with no fuss at all.
We always use Hays due to a no stress booking process.

Stacey was very friendly. She was showing places of interest in the area and helped pick a beautiful hotel which catered to my needs as an elderly traveller, as well as my grandchildren, who can enjoy the lakeside activities. I have booked with Hays before and will be back! Thank you.

Went in to view holidays,very welcoming staff.We met Samantha,asked us a few questions of what we wanted from our holiday & budget. Nearly 1 hour later,our perfect 2 weeks hoilday was complete..Also informed us about the holiday money shop,very competitive rates & a travel card..Like most business these days,everything seems to have a mobile app, Samantha guided us through installing the app & that was that.

We went into hays travel on gosforth hi street yesterday and booked holiday to Vegas for 4 adults.
The 2 travel agents were amazing and so helpful and found us holiday so reasonable

Went to Hays travel Gosforth, Stacey was amazing, there are several of us going to Thailand, Stacey found us the perfect hotel, near the beach, she also found us a better deal and we fly from Newcastle. Hays Gosforth is amazing have been on 2 other trips with Hays, the staff are very friendly, amazing at finding the perfect holiday, would highly recommend xx
