Staff friendly and very helpful - our holiday booking was made easy for us.

We went into our Harlow branch of Hays & spoke to Ian about a Titan holiday we liked the look of . Ian was so informative & tailer made our holiday to suit us & an hour later we left after booking it ! He added a few details that weren't on the original holiday & even gave us tips on the country as he'd been there himself . It was lovely to talk to him & will certainly go into Hays for our next holiday . Thank you Ian

Booked our holiday with Karen, she was very helpful answered any questions/ concerns we had. Gave us some very good travel advice/ tips. Couldn’t have been happier with the service and would definitely recommend.

Went in there not knowing where to go. Ian who helped us was great we looked at Morocco first but was a bit to expensive for us. About 2 3 hours later we managed to book a week in Palma nova majorca. He didn’t seem to mind us being there for so long. Once we got home another member of the family decided they wanted to come so I rang and spoke to Ian again so he looked into it for us. At first the price was quite high so he said would the family member mind if we all shared one room so he rang the hotel (I believe) and managed to secure a room for 4 of us for nearly £500 cheaper. So we are now looking forward to our holiday and would definitely book through hays travel in the future.

Karen Lenihan was both patient and helpful in dealing with myself and 4 friends request for booking flights 2 Salzburg in Austria. She spent a long time sourcing good flights and transfers for us . Payment with allocated seats was taken twice on our Monzo card but Karen spent a long time onto British Airways to sort this for us.

I do not ordinarily give a review for receiving ‘good service’ because this is simply staff doing the job they have been employed for. I do however have to commend Hayes Travel Harlow for the level of service received from their staff particularly Karen; who coped exceptionally well when I tried to sort a holiday recently. Hayes are not affiliated to any one Travel company, and Karen not only resolved my issues but also unexpectedly saved me a substantial sum of money! The biggest gain in visiting Hayes, and I recommend them to you, is the fact that they ‘make the customer feel valued’, something we don’t get from the Internet. Hooray for the high street returning and Hayes in particular.

The man who helped me out was called Will and he was fantastic, made sure to give me all the information I needed and talked through the steps that I didn’t understand.
