First time here but not the last
We were seen by a lady called Anna Lisa she very patient as we weren’t sure where we wanted to go .After searching for quite some time she found us a holiday we feel happy with .Anna Lisa was very pleasant and polite and would deal with her again .

I was served by the manager a lovely…
I was served by the manager a lovely lady by the Vicky, she made sure that all of ours where met with our upcoming cruise. Made us at ease from the minute we sat down. Nothing to much she answered all our questions showed us the itinerary for the cruise, asked if my disabled wife would manage getting around the cabin. Explained about the coach travel and boarding process, explained about the restaurants, shops being cashless but can pay cash if I prefer.
