We recently booked a cruise with Hays and the service was top notch. We needed something affordable within a limited budget and were very impressed with Libby ( an apprentice) who was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Libby offered various options and advised us brilliantly. Super friendly, smart and cheerful. Well done Libby and Thank you.

Excellent experience atHays travel Houghton -le -Spring. Two older ladies not having booked package holiday for some time received brilliant help and support from Libby regarding our needs and “wish list” for our holiday in the sun. Libby was extremely patient friendly but professional and got us everything we wanted. Follow up phone call next day regarding new deal re free currency more than welcome and Happy know all documentation for travel will be sorted just to pick up when allowable. Thank you Libby for all your help . Sure once we’ve done this first trip we will be back to see you again for our next adventure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very pleased with the service I received. Holiday booked for September for 6 adults I didn't feel rushed and Annalsisa looked for the best deal possible, she also said if we needed any help with anything else to just get in touch.

My sister and I found the Assistant very helpful, even though we went in with an old booklet with the wrong date for the trip she found out the correct details for us and booked the trip speedily. As always friendly and helpful nothing is a bother. Chloe is always professional and courteous it is a pleasure Togo into shop.

No problems encountered, Chloe was very professional and sorted out exactly what I needed and explained everything very clearly.

Everything about my booking was done exceptionally well at Hayes travel at Houghton le Spring. Libby the girl who served us was extremely helpful, friendly and cheerful. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Katy as ever offered sound knowledgeable advice ,in a pleasant friendly manner. Answered all of our queries and left us feeling confident in our choice.

Usual fantastic service from the staff in the Houghton branch. After a few weeks of planning with Annalisa we were ready to book our trip to Canada. Unfortunately on the day we went in to book it Annalisa was not at work but her colleague Vicky was able to sort everything out for us as Annalisa had left detailed notes for her. Also a shout out to Katie for her help with booking our trip to Maderia. All the staff in this branch are great and always willing to help, would throughly recommend giving them a visit if you are looking to book a holiday we have booked many a holiday with them over the years.
