Lillie was great. Sorted my trip out via messenger as I couldn’t speak on the phone as it was a surprise holiday for my daughter who I was with at the time. Great deal she got for us and was sorted out quickly. Very happy!

Friendly efficient staff

We came in to make preliminary enquiries one afternoon and your agent came up with a possible booking which we wanted time to think about. We returned the next day and although it was Amanda's day off another agent was able to book exactly what had been planned the day before with no problem.

Have dealt with Hays Jesmond for very many years and have always found them excellent. I always like to deal with Amanda Gardner, who is always so helpful and friendly.
I have also recommended friends to use them as well.

What a warm welcome! The whole experience of looking for and booking a holiday was a positive one. All the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. There was a nice balance between efficiency and engagement. It is a long time since we have used a travel agent (I usually book trips and holidays online). However, it is fair to say we will be looking for assistance again in the future with Hays. A special mention to Chloe who arranged the holiday for us; she was extremely informative and able
