As we were not completely decided on which of two destinations we wanted, she sorted the prices of both of them for us and the cost of the different flight levels. Suzanne took a lot of time sorting our holiday for us and even found some discounts which are always acceptable. We have never been disappointed with the standard of service provided and will continue using Hays Travel at Locks Heath.

Fabulous service
Chelsey in the Southampton Locks Heath store was brilliant - she really listened to what we wanted and came up with 3 fabulous options for us.
We then had a delay in booking for some personal reasons, but as soon as I got back in touch she was super attentive and got our trip booked really promptly.
