Communication not good
I’ll wait until I actually go away before I post a full review. But we have 4 bookings to the same place ect. Only 2/3 receive communications. Heard from my sister about an itinerary change. My self and my dad have not received notification of this

Our agent was super helpful, she knew how best to help us and shared our excitement for booking our holiday. She didn't steer us into booking something we didn't want to and listened to our thoughts and opinions attentively.
