I carnt remember the girls name sorry but she made you feel very welcome and got us just what we needed as my first holiday abroad she went out of her way to get me and my son just what suited our needs very helpful and thank you

Took less than an hour to come away with last minute holiday, flights, car parking and currency.

I always use hays travel there staff are very helpful and friendly, got exactly the holiday at a good deal.

Me and partner made a visit to price match a holiday.with a sales technique that wos to say a holiday had increased .and had not increased from another travel agent.just to get a sale.and tonight my partner had a phone call from a manager hays travel with a attitude which I had unfortunately to here .I have been management before but not with that attitude.i would grateful if some one from hays travel would contact in management some one higher than the manager that rang my partner.

Searched for days on different travel platforms but could not find anything suitable. Called in Hays on sat 30th Jan and a lady called Lisa I think her surname Simpson. She found me the best all inclusive holiday for our family, nothing was too much trouble and even called me once booked to make sure I was happy with everything. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

Travel agent was very pleasant, knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed finding our best fit for a city break. Three ladies are heading to Rome.

Friendly staff made you feel welcome extremely helpful and we were really well informed

Alex was fantastic she helps us. Tremendous by finding out about a walk shower and ground floor if I had to score out of ten she would get ten

Our travel agent Lisa was very helpful , she compared prices and flight times etc to help us to purchase the most suitable ones. She also emailed our hotel to request our desired rooms.

Lisa was amazing she went through absolutely everything to get us our upcoming holiday. Nothing was too much trouble even checking the weather and Google maps. Fabulous customer service. Thank you

Never booked through travel agents before. Always booked online direct. I must say this was a far better experience. Chloe @Longton branch was our advisor. She was so knowledgeable within no time at all she found our perfect fit holiday for our needs. We didn't feel pressured or rushed even though it was the very busy weeks of January and there was people waiting. Looking forward to our holiday now. Thank you so much.
