Nice and easy booking
Booked holiday with Liam. Very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The booking process was very quick and easy. Have booked with Hays Newcastle before and will definitely use these again.

To my surprise there was Susan Cranston sitting at a desk out of retirement. She must have known I was coming as I always book last minute . The original Jet2 holiday was now full so Susan as per usual worked her magic to get my holiday back on track. I am very grateful as my ears would have been ringing for days with my partners screaming.

I booked a package holiday with emerates holidays and although it was complicated going through the emerates service provider. Annabelle gave excellent service and I got all the paperwork and the email and the details of my holiday and I was pleased with my holiday package and Hayes travel and I would recommend them to anyone else who wanted to book a holiday
